이용약관

1. 목적

이 약관은 담빛이 운영하는 웹사이트(dambit.dev)와 담빛이 만든 앱(이하 "서비스")을 이용하는 조건을 정합니다.

2. 서비스

담빛은 기록, 업무 자동화, 일상을 위한 소프트웨어를 제공합니다. 일부 서비스는 시험 중이며, 예고 후 바뀌거나 중단될 수 있습니다.

3. 이용자의 의무

타인의 정보를 무단으로 입력하거나, 서비스를 방해하거나, 법령에 어긋나는 목적으로 이용해서는 안 됩니다.

4. 콘텐츠

이용자가 서비스에 남긴 기록의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다. AI가 작성한 초안은 이용자가 확인하고 고친 뒤 사용해야 합니다.

5. 책임의 한계

담빛은 서비스를 안정적으로 제공하려 노력하지만, 천재지변, 외부 서비스 장애 등 담빛이 통제할 수 없는 사유로 생긴 손해에는 책임지지 않습니다. 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 무료 서비스는 있는 그대로 제공됩니다.

문의는 dambit@dambit.dev로 보내 주세요. 분쟁은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다.

These terms cover dambit.dev and the apps made by Dambit (the “Services”).

2. The Services

Dambit provides software for records, work automation and everyday life. Some Services are in testing and may change or stop after notice.

3. Your responsibilities

Do not enter other people’s data without permission, disrupt the Services, or use them unlawfully.

4. Content

You own the records you create. Review and edit any AI-generated draft before using it.

5. Liability

We work to keep the Services reliable but are not liable for losses caused by events outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, free Services are provided as is.
